Surrounded by South African borders you will find Lesotho – a small country known as a miniature Switzerland in Southern Africa. Join a pony trek or hike through Lesotho’s beautiful mountain landscape, where motor vehicles have no access. You will stay overnight in one of the local villages and get to know more about the cultures in Lesotho. You will sleep in a traditional “rondavel” and experience the local food and beer. The trek to the village takes about three to four hours and you will pass other small villages along the way. When arriving at the village you will have lunch and after the meal, you will walk or go horse riding to the Maletsunyane Falls.
