Payment

Once you have confirmed in writing that you would like us to proceed with making the necessary booking arrangements, we will send you the invoice.  A deposit of 25% is due immediately in order to secure the booking. Once the deposit is in our account, you will receive your final confirmation. The balance amount is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

If, for whatever reason you need to cancel your booking, please note cancellation conditions below.  Please make sure you have relevant travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances causing cancellation.

You can pay your deposit and balance by the following methods:

  1. Bank transfer

Payment can be done via EFT (bank transfer) directly into our South African bank account. All invoices need be paid in full in the nominated currency. Bank charges are at your own expense. Please contact your personal Travel Consultant for details.
